Welcome to Steading 4, Balvatin Cottages in Newtonmore. Steading 4 provides self catering in Newtonmore, near Aviemore.
Self Catering bookings for Steading 4, Balvatin Cottages are normally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Christmas and New Year weeks are flexible. Occupancy is normally from 3.30pm on the day of arrival, special arrangements can be made if arriving later in the evening. Departure time is 10.00am to allow time for cleaning between lets.
Prices shown are for the normal bed occupancy. The rates include all heating and electricity.
Advance bookings require a deposit of £75.00 for each week booked. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Late bookings and mini breaks require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations, prior to the payment of balance will forfeit the amount of the deposit. After that date full payment will be charged. We therefore recommend cancellation insurance.
Dogs are permitted, however please remember that some people are allergic to animals so dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms. They must also be kept on a lead and must not foul in the gardens of the cottages. A charge will be made for dogs at £20.00 per dog per week.
A cot and high chair are available, cot linen can also be supplied. The cost is £5.00 per item per week.
Guests are asked to leave their accommodation clean and tidy. Guests will be responsible for any breakages or accidental damage to property, furnishings, crockery etc. during their stay. All damage must be paid for prior to checking out.
The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of other guests.
