Balvatin Cottages, Steading 4, provides self catering village of Newtonmore near Aviemore, which is part of the Cairngorm National Park. This is the ideal location from which to explore the Cairngorm area, and also from which to tour Scotland. Newtonmore lies only 2 miles off the main A9 running North through Scotland, and also on the junction with the A86, which leads West towards Ben Nevis and Fort William.
The Steading (Steading 4) is one of a group of houses built in 1993 to provide ideal self catering accommodation in a perfect location. Steading 4 is fully furnished - upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower.Downstairs the cottage benefits from a kitchen and livingroom, with two sofas, dining table and chairs. A sofa bed is included which provides an extra double bed when needed. There is also an additional WC downstairs. The cottage has a TV, and DVD and video players. The kitchen includes the usual appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are provided.
The neighbouring identical property may also be available for groups of friends or famillies holidaying together.
